If you’re the type who loves adventuring in the great outdoors, Kia is fast becoming a brand you’ve got to check out. In addition to the rugged new Telluride SUV, Kia is working on showing off the off-road capabilities of its all-new 2021 Sorento. To demonstrate what the SUV can do when put to the test, Kia debuted a pair of custom concepts based on the Sorento X-Line
The 2021 Kia Sorento Yosemite Edition and Sorento Zion Edition are both tailor-made for excitement. Both feature 20-inch wheels wrapped in 32-inch all-terrain tires as well as custom fender flares, skid plates, and a cool-looking satin chrome finish. The Yosemite Edition and Zion Edition build on the 2021 Kia Sorento X-Line, which boasts a raised 8.3-inch ride height, all-wheel drive with snow mode, and better approach and departure angles.
Because they’re based on the Sorento, both X-Line concepts look great, too. The Kia Sorento Yosemite Edition gets a Pine Green matte-finished paintjob with gloss and matte black accents, calling to mind deep forests and hiking trails. The Zion Edition is made for tearing up the dunes, wearing a Desert Sand exterior with gloss finish and gloss black accents.
Both the Kia Sorento Yosemite Edition and Sorento Zion Edition will be appearing nationwide throughout 2021 at special events. As for the all-new 2021 Kia Sorento and Sorento X-Line? You’ll find them in stock at Gossett Kia in Memphis, Tennessee.
