EV6 Wins WardsAuto 10 Best Interiors & UX Award

The new Kia EV6 was carefully crafted, inside and out. WardsAuto seems to agree, as the all-electric SUV was recently named a winner of a Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX award.

“We are honored to receive this award for the EV6, which represents an important step toward Kia’s transformative ‘Plan S’ global electrification strategy,” said Steven Center, COO and EVP, Kia America. “The EV6’s modern, bold design elements and interior solutions thoughtfully integrated with intuitive technology reinforce Kia’s future-forward vision for electric vehicles.”

The WardsAuto editors appreciated the overall value of the EV6 as well as its spacious and stylish interior that reduces clutter. Inside, the electric crossover boasts 39 inches of headroom, 42.4 inches of front legroom, 39 inches of rear legroom, and 50.2 cubic feet of total cargo space. All models are outfitted with vegan leather seats and a comfy eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar.

When it comes to tech, the EV6’s infotainment interface is simple to use. The curved, dual 12.3-inch panoramic screens seamlessly integrate to offer nearly 25 inches of continuous screen. All models are equipped with Kia Connect, which lets you remotely connect to the vehicle via your smartphone or smartwatch. You can go things like start the EV6, lock or unlock the doors, set cabin temperatures, and more.
